Tg1278TNFko is a mouse with normally regulated hTNF expression in the absense of mTNF. These mice are ideal for testing the efficacy of anti-human TNF therapeutics in a variety of induced inflammatory models.
hTNFR1KI is a humanized TNFR1 mouse with the human TNFR1 gene fully replacing its mouse homologue in all physiological and pathological functions. The hTNFR1KI mice have normal phenotype and can be used in combination to other genetic models (e.g. Tg197hTNFR1KI ) or with a variety of induced disease models in order to test the efficacy of anti-human TNFR1 therapeutics. Human TNFR1 successfully replaces its mouse homologue in the maintenance of splenic microarchitecture.
TghuIL17A is a transgenic mouse with normally regulated expression of huIL17A. This mouse was developed by Biomedcode and is currently undergoing further characterization. When the model is fully characterized, the TghuIL17A will be made available in combination with induced models of inflammatory diseases such as EAE, arthritis or psoriasis like disease for testing anti-huIL17A therapeutics.
