Several spontaneous transgenic models of chronic arthritis, Crohn's disease, cachexia, multiple sclerosis, and sepsis are offered. Evaluation protocols are customized based on our long experience (over 10 years) with global customers (big and small pharma), and expertise to meet the specific needs of the customer.
Compounds are administered via the route of choice (intraperitoneal (IP), intravenous (IV), subcutaneous (SC), oral gavage (OG)). Serum or plasma samples are harvested and used for measuring markers or shipped directly to the customer's laboratory. We use a number of physiological tests during the lifetime of the study, depending on the particular disease model in order to provide as much valuable information as possible.
