The role of TNF in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases is well established and well documented. Our TNF driven animal models provide a unique tool to evaluate the efficacy of therapeutics targeting TNF or other molecules implicated in the pathogenesis of immunological diseases. These models, mostly humanized, develop chronic polyarthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, cachexia and multiple sclerosis.
